Problems of improving the national legislation on labor protection

The article examines the norms of current and future national legislation in field labor protection European Union regarding safety health workers at work. It is noted that today characterized by certain obsolescence inconsistency with normative documents relevant field. An analysis drafts Law Ukraine “On Safety Health Workers Work” Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts Regarding Liability for Violation Requirements on prepared Cabinet Ministers being carried out.
